Views (Impressions)

Views, or impressions, represent the number of times an offer is displayed to users. Monitoring views helps you understand the reach of your offers and identify trends in user engagement.

Clicks

Clicks track the number of times users interact with your offers by clicking on get reward button. Monitoring clicks provides insights into user interest and the effectiveness of your offer placements.

Conversions

Conversions occur when a user completes a desired action, such as making a purchase or signing up for a service. Monitoring conversions allows you to measure the success of your campaigns and the ROI of your offers.

Conversion Callbacks

Conversion callbacks are requests sent by GoKart to your API to confirm that a user has been rewarded for completing a conversion. Monitoring these callbacks ensures that users receive their rewards and that your reward system is functioning correctly.

Accessing Monitoring Data

You can access all these monitoring metrics through the GoKart Web App. Navigate to the "Events" section, where you will find tabs for Views, Clicks, Conversions, and Conversion Callbacks. Each tab provides a detailed breakdown of the respective metrics, allowing you to analyze and export the data as needed.

Exporting Data

For further analysis, you can export your monitoring data in CSV or XLS format by clicking the respective buttons in the "Events" section. This feature allows you to integrate GoKart metrics with your existing data analytics tools.
